The ice cream is delicious! There are no options to get a 2 scoop serving of ice-cream though. Their menu items start at 3 scoops, and you cannot get more than one flavor unless you go 3.5 scoops or higher, so be prepared for a sugar overdose. There are no banana splits. Overall, the ice cream is very good but the tightly restricted options and lack of real fruit topings will cause me to go elsewhere next time.

I would give it a ZERO but you have to give it something in order to leave a review. I arrive. There is a side window that used to be for the drive through, but the order here sign is still there and NO signage said the window was closed. There are 3 or 4 young girls working.... I know for sure one was in the rear doing what looked like replenishing stock. I walk up to the side window. Two of the girls are waiting on customers on the other side. No one acknowledges my existence. I wait..... of the two young girls checking out customers the one gets done, looks in my direction and then turns and talks to the young man who i presume is a friend, gives him a fist bump and then he and his friend leave. I'm still standing there. No one ever greeted me, no one said they would be right with me no one said ma'am, this window is closed, if you could come around to this side we can take your order here. No one said a word. That's not the kicker. The girl who PURPOSELY tried ignoring me then TURNED TO LOOK DIRECTLY AT ME, THEN PROCEEDED TO STAND THERE, LOOKING DIRECTLY IN MY FACE AND APPLY HER CHAPSTICK. AND STOOD THERE DOING IT FOR A MOMENT. THEN TURNED AROUND. MIND YOU NO ON

First time EVER trying this place....what have i been missing!!? Shame on me....I got a graham central station with marshmallow on top....the best ice cream I've ever had in my 35 yrs of life. But this isn't good because I need to lose weight, but at this point screw it, the ice cream is so good lol 😁

Handel’s Ice Cream located in Toledo, Ohio offers two locations to offer patrons delicious, fresh ice cream all year round. And as we are almost to October and still rocking temperatures into the high 80s, it felt like the perfect time to get some delicious #icecream with the family and soak in the warm air a little longer ! I can also attest that their seasonal Caramel Apple ice cream is absolutely delicious!! If you ever in Toledo, feel free to check them out! (They tend to be VERY busy when weather is nice so prepare to wait! It is worth it!!)

Wow, the best ice cream I’ve had, the Orange Sherbet is out of this world,and people who don’t have patience to wait for this, instead of giving negative reviews about slow service, I think you guys should go and pick up ice cream from Walmart if your in such a hurry. Waiting to come over to your establishment to try some of your other great flavors , this was a delivery that we ordered. I think you guys should be opening world wide.
